Year 2 Pirate Academy Day

Our hearty Year 2 Crew celebrated a pirate-themed day to test if they had what it takes to train as a pirate. I am pleased to say they all passed with flying colours and no one had to walk the plank- shame!

The day included:

Paper Boat Making and Racing

Treasure Hunt and Map-making Skills

Pirate Hat Fashion Show

Baking Salty Ships Biscuits

Making Tropical Fruit Kebabs and Pirate Punch

Singing Shanties

Testing which is the best shape for a ships hull

As you can see from the pictures they had an amazing time and came dressed in some splendid seafaring outfits.
