Year 1A maths - ordinal numbers

Ordinal numbers are the ones that tell you the position of an object: first, second, third etc.... We have been working on this and the children are doing really well with their understanding of ordinal numbers.  We've had some fun putting children in a line and naming those who are first, second, last etc... Of course, when we line up for lunch EVERYONE wants to be first!!!
