We celebrated World Philosophy Day on 16th November by thinking and reflecting on What a Human would look like in the future.
The children cam up with some amazing ideas:
Maryam in year 3 thought we may live inside computers because computers are becoming more and more important in our lives.
Arthur also in year 3 reflected on the impact of climate change and how this would effect the evolution of humans. He explained that humans may evolve and adapt to live under water with fish scales and shark tails.
Leo in year 1 though we may all look like robots and robots would rule the earth.
2J discussed the idea of humans evolving into hybrid humans and what special skills and adaptations we would have and need as a result.
The biggest discussion in all year groups was how we would adapt as humans to climate change and further discussions were had about where we would live. The children considered our are habitat would have to change as a result.
