P4C - Generating questions in RE

In year 2 we are learning about the Muslim faith. 

The children met Amira and they had a P4C discussion about what they noticed and what questions they would like to ask her.

These are some of the questions the children generated:

Why is she wearing a cloth on her head?

Why is she wearing special clothes?

Why do you pray on mats?

Why do you have a symbol of the moon and the stars?

Why doesn’t she sit with her dad at the Mosque?

Why does she like night time?

Why do they fast during Ramadan?

Does she like being a Muslim?

Why is she a Muslim?

Why is she dressed in blue?

Can she pray anywhere or just in a Mosque?
