Holy Week

In RE, Stingrays have been learning about Holy Week and what Easter means to Christians. 

They acted out part of the story starting where Judas spoke to the religious men about Jesus and they offered him some money if he showed them who Jesus was.  We tried to understand what betray meant which was quite tricky.  After that, we acted out the last supper where Jesus washed his disciples' feet to show that he wanted to help and serve them.  Then, when Jesus was on the Mount of Olives and told Peter that he would say he didn't know Jesus; Peter was very upset.  After that, the part where Judas showed the religious men who Jesus was and he was arrested by the soldiers.
