Change4Life Club

Recently, our Change4Life Club got underway with our new Years 3 and 4 recruits. The children enjoyed a series of fun, frenetic and friendly activities. Over the coming months we will look at what makes up a balanced diet, making smart food swaps, how exercise is important to staying healthy and how it is important to develop collaborative skills. Future events will include cooking alongside our parents and carers, sampling inclusive sports e.g. boccia, sit down volleyball and new age kurling and sorting food groups by sugar and salt content.
