We applied our BLP skills recently when we thought about the behaviours of an independent learner and what steps we could take ourselves to getting unstuck in lessons. We collaborated on ideas for steps to take when we are stuck and then created posters to be displayed around the classroom so that they can remind us of what to do when we are stuck. Later in the afternoon, we also used our BLP skills of collaboration, distilling and perseverance in order to make musical instruments out of a range of everyday items. Click the video to hear the children playing their trumpets made from hosepipes.
