As part of our careers topic Year 4 pupils met cruise line expert, Grenville. He set them a challenge of designing a menu for a new cruise ship. The children had five criteria to consider when designing their menus. Once finished, Grenville scored the menus on; colour, variety, cost of ingredients, number of calories and a mix of meat and vegetarian options. The winning menu was designed by; Charlotte, Andrei and Kyra. Gemma was awarded best crew mate reward for her great attitude towards completing the task. As you can see from the photos the victorious trio and Gemma had a great time making and devouring their deluxe dessert; Vanilla Ice Cream, Lime Jelly and Multi-coloured Sprinkles.
